He studied
design at the Vilnius Art Academy from 1974 till 1979.
As of 1981 he worked as a designer. In past
he used to design objects of small plastic art, modern furniture, graphic
design, textile articles.
A.Krajinskas has been lately reconstructing models of
old fishing boats of the Curonian Lagoon. From 1985 he returned to watercolours
oil and acrylic paintings.
The favourite motifs of the artist’s works are the
life scenes of the Curonian fishermen and boats. Special interest -historical
shipping visual sign systems.
